Mortgage advice that works around you.

Your home is likely to be the biggest purchase you’ll ever make — and your mortgage one of the most significant financial decisions. Getting the right advice from the start makes a real difference.

I’m Vicky, an independent mortgage, protection, and home insurance adviser based in South Yorkshire. I’ve been helping people find the right mortgage since 2017 — and I know that no two situations are ever the same. Whether you’re buying your first home, moving, remortgaging, or navigating a separation, I’ll take the time to understand your circumstances properly and find the right solution for you.

I’m not tied to any lender, which means I search the whole market — including products that aren’t available on comparison sites or the high street. My advice covers your mortgage, protection insurance, and home insurance as part of the same process, so everything is joined up from the start.

Based in South Yorkshire and beyond, I work with clients across the UK.

A mortgage loan will be secured against your home or property.

Going through a divorce or separation?

This is something I specialise in. If you need to sort out a joint mortgage, stay in the family home, buy out a partner, or start fresh somewhere new — I understand the process, I know which lenders work best for your circumstances, and I’ll guide you through every step.

Searching the Whole Market for You

It’s easier than ever to compare mortgage deals online — but easier doesn’t always mean better. Comparison sites don’t show every product available, and they can’t assess your individual circumstances the way I can. I use my experience, lender relationships, and access to the whole market to find the mortgage that genuinely fits your situation.

Your Circumstances Are Unique — and I Treat Them That Way

Everyone’s financial situation is different. Some people need time to improve their credit score before applying. Others have complex income — perhaps they’re self-employed, recently employed, or going through a change in circumstances. Some clients are working to a tight legal timescale as part of a separation settlement. Whatever your situation, I’d always encourage you to get in touch as early as possible. The sooner we talk, the more options we’re likely to have available to you.

Protection & Home Insurance

Sorting your mortgage is the priority — but it’s not the whole picture. As part of every conversation, I’ll also review your protection insurance and home insurance needs. For many of my clients, particularly those going through a separation, this is just as important as the mortgage itself. I don’t treat protection and home insurance as a separate conversation. They’re part of what I look at every time — so nothing gets missed and everything is in the right place for your circumstances.
